Berkant Cunnuk

Hi, internet traveler! I'm Berkant. Welcome to my webpage.

I am a PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Manitoba (Winnipeg/Canada), working under the supervision of Dr. Olivier Tremblay-Savard and Dr. Stephane Durocher.

I have an MSc. in Mathematics degree from the University of Manitoba, obtained under the supervision of Dr. Margherita Maria Ferrari. My master’s thesis was titled “Computer vision and machine learning for R-loop detection and classification in AFM imaging data”.

I have a BSc. in Mathematics degree from Boğaziçi University (Istanbul/Turkey), where I completed my honours project under the supervision of Dr. Müge Taşkın Aydın.
